Tracking Today’s Fast-Paced Yacht Boating Market

INTRODUCED in 2010, the Boston Whaler 370 Outrage ranked among the most sophisticated center console boats available during her production years. Exceptional as both an offshore fishing boat and entertaining platform, she combines comfort and luxury in an unsinkable package loaded with innovative features. The center console itself is huge with windows on both sides and a power vent at the top of the windshield for ventilation. The integrated hardtop includes a retractable sunshade, and the forward seating area has a table on an electric lift that raises and lowers at the touch of the button. The 370's deluxe leaning post with triple helm seats includes a 55-gallon livewell, tackle storage, refrigerator/freezer, sink and grill. (An optional Summer Kitchen swaps the livewell for another fridge and an electric stove.) Below, the 370's full-height cabin has a vanity, TV and berths for two. Additional standard features include an extended sun lounge forward of the console, in-deck fish boxes (5), hullside dive door, 24-gallon livewell (aft port corner), anchor windlass, bow thruster, and transom rod holders. Triple 300hp Verado outboards cruise the 370 Outrage at 30 knots (40+ top).

"The rigging of — and access to — every system aboard the 375 rank as good as you’re likely to see aboard a boat. The hull form is so dialed in that even jaded skippers will giggle with glee."

–Boating Magazine

"Traditionally, Intrepid has built boats with straight sheerlines, but this boat is a little sexier, with a snarling S-sheer, not to mention a charming bit of tumblehome aft."

–Power & Motoryacht

"This vessel was ready for war. Rod holders along the transom were plentiful and mounted only inches apart, providing nearly unlimited options for flat lines."

"But there's much more to the 370 than size and a deep-V hull. Whaler's usual high level of precision engineering has created a boat that does many things well, from clever and well executed storage spaces to a sleek and stylish design that looks great on the water."

A POPULAR model for Intrepid, the 375 Center Console is a powerful open fisherman with the quality and attention to detail common to all Intrepid boats. Built on a high-performance stepped hull with a slender 10'6" beam and stylish reverse transom, owners can rig the 375 for the fishing, cruising, or diving as desired. The U-shaped seating at the bow includes insulated coolers on each side, and the seats convert to chaise lounges at the touch of a button. (Note that the forward seats are removed in the Tournament Edition.) Ahead of the console is a double-wide bench that slides away — also at the touch of a button — for entry to the head and shower. Intrepid's signature hullside dive door keeps swimmers away from the props while doubling as a convenient boarding gate at the marina. A retractable ladder extends from the hullside door into the water, and a fold-out transom seat provides a great place to relax during the ride home. Owners can rig their Intrepid for the fishing, cruising or diving experience desired. Rod holders are everywhere, the upholstery is triple-stitched and the finish is meticulous. Triple Yamaha F350s reach a top speed north of 55 knots.
